Waygard has recently completed their training facilities as staff training and development is an integral part of the company strategy. It enables the staff to perform their individual jobs effectively and in doing so, ensure that the organization achieves its strategic objectives. All in place to have the facility, manuals and trainers accredited by Botswana Qualification Authority. All security staff undergoes training and later specializes for Cash-In-Transit operations, Guarding, Store detectives, Dog Handling and Guard Task Force (Private Investigations) as well as customer service.
